• Credits can be used for any services at our salon .

• Credits must be used within the validity period, which is 12 months.

• Membership is activated upon registration and/or qualifying purchase

• Memberships is non-refundable and non-transferable . Membership benefits can only be used by registered member

• Credits cannot be used during CNY appointment

• Members are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability.

• Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

• Credits cannot be used on promotional prices. Members can choose to either use the promotion or use their credits for the service at regular price.

• member will receive gifts on special occasions

• Silver member cannot be used on Eyebrow Service

• SherenBeauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services or products at any time without prior notice.

• Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of membership without a refund.

• SherenBeauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership if members do not comply with the terms and conditions.

• SherenBeauty reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or revoke the program at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
